    5. Usage Information: We automatically collect information about how you use the App, including your interactions with the features and functionalities.
    6. Device Information: We may collect device-specific information such as your device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.

    6. Matchmaking Services: We use the information collected to provide matchmaking services, facilitate communication between users, and assist in finding suitable matches based on your preferences and criteria.
    7. Profile Management: We use your information to manage your matrimonial profile, including updating information, verifying details, and enhancing the visibility and effectiveness of your profile.
    8. Analytics and Improvements: We may analyze user data and behavior to improve our services, enhance user experience, develop new features, and personalize content and recommendations.
    9. Integration with Instagram and Facebook: The App may offer features that allow users to integrate their Instagram and Facebook handles into their matrimonial profiles or share content from the App to their Instagram or Facebook accounts.

    1. With Other Users: Your profile information, excluding sensitive information, may be shared with other users for the purpose of matchmaking and communication within the App
    2. Third-Party Service Providers: We may engage third-party service providers to assist us in providing and improving our services, such as hosting providers, analytics providers, payment processors, and customer support services.

  6. Payment Gateway
    1. We do not provide any subscription based services and related in-app purchases. We may or may not directly rely on a third-party payment gateway. We charge a processing fee for verification and maintenance of your details with us which changes from time to time. Such payments are subject to Indian Tax Laws.

    1. We implement reasonable security measures to protect the confidentiality and integrity of your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
    2. No data provided by users are 100% verified by us and we shall not take any responsibility for any such information provided. In case of any sort of fake/wrong/misleading information provided by users in this application, we shall not be held responsible.
  8. Your Rights and Choices
    1. Access and Correction: You may access, review, update, or correct your personal information by accessing your account settings within the App.
    2. Withdrawal of Consent: You may withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal information, including sensitive information, at any time by contacting us.
    3. Account Deletion: You may request the deletion of your account and associated personal information by contacting us. However, please note that certain information may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes

  9. Children's Privacy
    1. The App is not intended for children or individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. If you believe that we have collected personal information from a minor without parental consent, please contact us immediately.
  10. Non-Refundable Payments
    1. A. Services: Payments made for services are non-refundable, even in the event of discontinuation of services before the expiration of any given period.
    2. Cancellation: If you choose to discontinue using our services any time, you will not be entitled to a refund of any portion of the fee.
    3. Exceptions: In exceptional circumstances, such as where required by law or in accordance with our discretion, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
  11. Discontinuation of Services
    1. In the event that we discontinue or cease to offer our services, including the App, during the term of your use, we may or may not, at our discretion, provide pro-rata refunds for any unused portion of the fee. However, we reserve the right to determine the eligibility and amount of any refund in such cases.
  12. Limitation of Liability

No Liability for Discontinuation: We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any damages, losses, or expenses arising from the discontinuation of services, including the forfeiture of subscription fees, except as expressly provided in this Privacy Policy or required by applicable law.
  13. Log Data
    1. We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

    1. We use INTERNET permissions for connecting to the Sangaath server.
    2. We use WRITE_INTERNAL_STORAGE and READ_INTERNAL_STORAGE permissions

    1. We reserve the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Privacy Policy within the App or through other appropriate channels. Your continued use of the App after the effective date of the updated Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of the changes
